Certifications

Greek law (GOG 352/volume Β/18-3-05) states in regard to the lawful circulation of cosmetics products in the Greek Market that for cosmetic care products produced in Greece at an authorized (certified) laboratory by E.O.F., the respective electronic request for Cosmetic Product Notification of Circulation will have to be submitted to the General Protocol at E.O.F. Furthermore, it also clearly mandates the obligation to keep an information folder for the assessment of the cosmetic product's safety, which will have to be retained within a European Country and that E.O.F. has direct access for the control thereof (Article 12). Based on the above, NATURE natural products for hair care as well as body treatment, have been declared and certified to the National Organization of Medicines (E.O.F). In addition, adhering to regulation (Νο.1223/2009) for the circulation of cosmetics products within the E.U., all NATURE care products have been declared and certified also to the European Portal for the notification of cosmetics products C.P.N.P.
