Return/refund policy

Nature Hellas Care Products L.P. provides the option for product refund within 14 days after delivery, provided they are unused, unopened and their original packaging has not been tampered with. Products refunded must be in the same state as when delivered, without being unsealed or their packaging has been breached, and they must be mandatorily accompanied by the retailer receipt, the change card, or the purchase invoice. If the aforementioned is true and no proven responsibility lies with Nature Hellas Care Products L.P., refund cost shall charge the customer. In case of a proven responsibility (error) by Nature Hellas Care Products L.P., then the customer shall not be charged with the product refund cost (courier cost).

In case of refund for a certain product as per above, if the order has been paid in full via a credit card, money refund will take place at the credit card (where charging took place) within 7 working days past the delivery date for the refund product, while in case the order had been paid via COD or debit card, money refund will take place within 10 working days past the delivery date for the refund product, by crediting the account where you are the beneficiary, which you will designate and notify in writing. In case products have exceeded their expiry date, they are replaced, while in case some product has been destroyed inside the packaging, during dispatch, a replacement takes place, solely when Nature Hellas Care Products L.P. is notified until the next day of delivery. Following this time frame, replacement shall not be possible.
